.015" Stencil Board
Diagraph Stencil Board is processed with a special formula of double-boiled linseed oil, cured, and cut with-the-grain for extra rigidity. It lubricates with each cut, extending the life of the stencil machine and resists ink absorption so the same stancil can be used many times. Diagraph's Oneshot Roller twists onto a specially designed ink cartridge - creating an easy-to-use stenciling tool. There's no messy refill, simply attach a new cartridge.
For use on either porous or non-porous surfaces. Assembly features a durable neoprene roller and valve action ink release. Replacement rollersand roller covers also available.

The Oneshot kit is the perfect way to start a Oneshot stencil system. The kit comes with everything you need to get started: a 3" roller assembly, roller cover and eight GS-1 type black ink cartridges.
Flat Clamp duplicators feature ink-in-the-handle convenience with our unique Siphon-Flo disposable inking system. The enclosed ink reservoir assures no-mess ink distribution. Extra strong clamps prevents the stencil from slipping or wrinking.

Oneshot Ink Cartridge
When attaching the Oneshot roller or bursh to the cartridge, a polyprolene membrane is pierced, allowing ink to flow into the applicator. Inks are for porous and non-porous surfaces. Minimum order is eight cartridges - one liter of ink.
These opaque aerosol inks are great for color coding. They dry in jsut 30 to 60 seconds. All ink formulations comply with CONEG legislation. They utilize a non-fluorocarbon propellant, which is environmentally safe.

The Rol-It-On stencil system is the most economical system from Diagraph. This stencil system works well on porous surfaces and non-porous surfaces. Use the GS kit to meet government specifications when stenciling on porous surfaces or non-porous surfaces. For porous surfaces use a latex roller, ink pad and R Series inks. For non-porous surfaces use a type N neoprene roller ink pad and S, GS or PR inks. Consists of a 3" roller assembly, roller cover, regular Rol-It-On ink pad and one quart of black ink. Select ink by matching ink type to your application surface. Choose GS black ink to mark on porous or non-porous surfaces. |

Standard S Duplicator Stencils
S stencils have a heavy backing sheet with extra-strength blue stencil tissue. Ballpoint pens and typewriter preparation work well with S stencils. Put your logo or other graphic image on any of these stencils mentioned here. Your company or product specific image can accompany your address mark. Update your current stencils, add variations for special applications or create completely new stencils. Simply send us your camera-ready artwork with your order. Artwork must fit inside print area.
