Black Conductive Open Top Poly Bags

Our Black Conductive Bags are constructed of volume conductive material is made from a 4 mil single layer of carbon loaded polyethylene, creating a Faraday Cage effect with minimal E.M.I. and R.F.I. protection. Surface resistivity of 10 to the 3rd power to 10 to the 5th power ohms/sq cm and a volume resistivity of less than 3000 ohms/cm. Meets military specification requirements of NFPA-56-A, MIL-P-82647 and MIL-P-82646.

Static Shielding Bags with Open Top

Open Top Static Shielding Bags are made of a multi-layer 3 mil laminated film which has a metal layer as its core. This layer functions as a barrier to E.S.D which allows a charge to move around and not through the bag. The inner layer provides static dissipative protectiuon for the metal layer and also strengthens seal of bag. The outer layer is a non-static generating layer that resists abrasion and puncture. Meets or exceeds MIL-B-81705C, Type III electrical requirements.

A multi-layered static shielding cushion pouch that absorbs shock and dampens vibration. A yellow caution label warns that the contents are subject to static electricity damage. Our Seco Pack 77 has a Static dissipative inner liner with an Amine-free static dissipative cellular cushioning. It also comes with a Double Track static dissipative zipper. They are highly reusable and durable. The Seco Pack 77 is also coated with Metallized E.S.D. Shielding.

Our Seco Pack 88 series of Ziplock Cellular Cushion Pouches are made with an amine-free static dissipative mono layer polyethylene. This reclosable pouch can reduce a 5000 volt charge to under 500 volts in less than two seconds. Additionally, the inner cellular cushioning absorbs shocks and dampens vibrations that can damage sensitive components. The Seco Pack 88 is made of Multi-wall construction and has a Double track zip closure. They meet or exceed EIA 541 standards and are Polycarbonate compatible.
